I am sorry...

Dear friends,
I am really sorry that I have not published anything during the last days. It has been really busy around here and I still didn't manage to post more receipts.
I am still cooking, of course, but the time to sit here and write has not been enough. I am hunting a Job, so I end up searching and applying instead of writing you. I feel very guilty everyday, and promise to do it tomorrow, but still...
I hope you understand...

Today I have tried a new receipt. Monkfish rice. Humm... So good!
Sadly I didn't take any pictures, however, I will let you know how it is later :-)

Wraps for dinner

Yesterday the idea was to make something fun, light and fast. As I seen in the bakery some Wraps, I thought, we can do that...

I can imagine that with children it is actually a nice meal to try, and actually do it a few times. It is for sure incredible for them, as they will get to make their own roll at the table, with their favorite ingredients. Our little angel didn't enjoy that part yet, but had already fun eating the wrap :-) It was cute.

The wraps tonight were having, Lettuce, Tomato, Chicken and Tuna.

Cold Soup

Yummy

I was so looking forward to write you, you guys have no idea. The thing is that with the little one at home, I just simply can't sit in front of the computer. :-)

Anyway...

The soup can be served cold or warm. However, I really wanted to try it cold. I have been thinking that when the Summer comes (in case it ever comes...) a cold soup would be a nice alternative.

Unfortunately was not a very warm day, but nevertheless we've tried it.

Reactions?! lol. Was funny... One says: "it is cold!", the other says: "Mama, heiß" (for the little one, cold and warm means the same :-) ), one says again: "it is cold!"... When I am ready to go and warm it up it starts: " Uhmmmm, it's so tasty!".

So yes people, cold soup it is a good option for the Summer.

First of all, I know that I promised the cold soup recipe. However yesterday nobody was wanting to have it for supper so we had up with the very traditional German Dinner: "Abendbrot"
Today we will have it :-) I swear.
I just want to have family comments before I post it. I fell more confident :-)

I am really sorry for being away so long.
You know, the baby grows and you slowly start to do not have time for almost everything. Here was the same. From one day to the other and he started to crawl. After that you can imagine :-)

Never the less, I am back. :-)
