My best-cooking friend

First of all, I know that I promised the cold soup recipe. However yesterday nobody was wanting to have it for supper so we had up with the very traditional German Dinner: "Abendbrot"
Today we will have it :-) I swear.
I just want to have family comments before I post it. I fell more confident :-)

I would like to introduce you my new best-cooking friend: The Thermomix
Actually, here at home we call it Bimby, because that is how we call it in Portugal. That's how mom called it so I am kind of used to it.




It is just amazing. In fact, I was not so sure of it. My mom used to use it a lot but I only used it to make "brigadeiros" (I will do it one time for you). Now that I brought it over I use it ALL THE TIME!

And not only me, the little one likes to cook on it too. His Dad likes to make is Milkshakes there. I mean, everyone here is totally fan of Bimby.

Do you want a short description? It makes basically everything. From bread to butters, from yogurt to cream, from noddles to sauces. It makes normal meals, deserts and cakes. It cooks cold, hot or with steam. It is healthy because it keeps all the vitamins and minerals from your ingredients. And is super fast!
