Ingredients:
- 100g lentils
- 300ml water for the day before
- 300ml water
- 1 onion
- olive oil
On the day before, place the lentils in a pot with water. Let the lentils rest during the night.
In a pot, place the lentils with water, 1 onion cut in 4 pieces and a bit of olive oil. Let it cook for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, the lentils are cooked.
