"Yummy"...
For you to get an idea, it was so good that when I went to the fridge to warm up the leftovers for dinner, there was nothing left. Some "theft" have "stolen" my fridge :-)
I actually don't follow any recipe. I just follow my stomach. Usually, when I prepare my noodles, I just follow my instinct and use whatever ingredients I have in the fridge.
For my salmon noodles, I actually used my favorite ingredients. If you try, I hope you like it :-)
Ingredients:
Ingredients for my noodles
- 500ml water
- 1 hand of spaghetti (I always use my hands to select the amount of noodles)
- 1 salmon fillet
- 2 tomatoes for sauce
- 1 big onion
- 250ml cream
- nutmeg
- oregano
- salt
- fresh pepper
- olive oil
Firstly cook the spaghetti. In a pot, place the water with salt and a bit of olive oil, and bring it to boil. When the water is boiling, add the noodles. I usually break the noodles in the middle, to make them cook faster. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, chop the onion, dice the tomato and the salmon.
In a wok, place the rest of the olive oil (remember that the salmon is already a fat fish, so you will not need a lot of olive oil) and the onions. Once the onions are transparent, add the salmon.
Almost ready...
Let the salmon cook for round about 5 minutes. After that time, add the tomatoes. Mix it and let it cook for 2 minutes. Place the cream. Mix it and let it boil.
After the 10 minutes, you noodles are cooked. Take the water away and add the noodles to your sauce. Mix it all.
Add the nutmeg, the pepper, table salt and oregano. Remember that the noodles were already tempered so there is no need to add a lot of salt.
Let it boil for 1 minute and serve it.
Guten Apetit!
